We are not only experts in weddings - we also particularly love church ceremony weddings! Through our vast experience in Catholic and Christian weddings, we can guide you through music selections for the whole service (yes, even candle lighting procession still requires some music!). With our classical and church background, we are comfortable with church proceedings and can perform anything from hymns to pop songs.
This package includes:Looking for live music during your birthday party? Or your company’s charity events? Our team has years of experience servicing various events, from private (birthdays, christening, etc.) to bigger corporate events (City of Melbourne, Mentone Grammar, Setia Property Group, among others)

It all starts with a chat - please fill in our enquiry form first with your details and your desired package. We will then get in contact with you, ask for more information as necessary, and will provide a quote for you. Should you’d like to go ahead and book the date, we will send the initial invoice for the deposit payment. Once paid - your date is secured!
Yes - we are more than happy to! We are happy to learn 1 - 2 new songs free of charge for important moments of your day (processional, signing, recessional, first dance). Any other new song requests can be learned at additional $100 per song with at least 4 weeks notice.

Not a problem - we can run our equipment on battery power for a few hours. We do need a dry and covered space to protect our equipment!
We can certainly move between different venues as long as there is enough spare time in between. As a rough guideline, it takes us about 30-45 minutes to set up/ pack up from a smaller event (i.e. ceremony) and around 1-1.5 hours to set up/ pack up at a bigger event (i.e. reception). Feel free to have a chat with us to discuss the details further.
As a general guideline, we arrive at least 1 hour prior to your guest arrival time. If you book our DJ for half reception, they will also come 1 to 1.5 hours prior to guest arrival, to make sure they are not lugging equipment in between your meals. The time for bumping in and out is included in your quote.
As a guideline, our artists can play a maximum of 45 minutes each set, with at least 15 minutes break in between
Yes, we do! We have a few generic playlists that we have used (and worked well in the past). But if you have a specific playlist in mind, feel free to share your Spotify link to us ahead of time.
Yes, we do have a spare wireless mic which can be provided free of charge should you book an MC service with your package. If not, don’t fret, we can provide a mic for a small additional fee.
If it is an existing song from our set list, we can accommodate that. We recommend your family/friend to learn the song exactly as the original to make sure there is no hiccup on the day. We can do a quick rehearsal on the day if they can arrive earlier (as we complete our sound checks). If it is a new song outside from our setlist, we’d recommend playing a karaoke track to sing along. We can play this through our system
Yes, we would require a rough song list from you to be communicated to the DJ - at least to understand the vibe that you are going for! Our DJ will then arrange the songs and add other similar songs to match the vibe
Any booking with length for more than 4 hours will require meals for the musicians, DJ, and MC as booked. You can request crew meals from your venue and they usually know what this means!
Our standard system can cater up to 150 guests. For bigger events, we will need to arrange a larger system and operator at an additional rate
Once you have booked with us, we will share an event detail sheet that you can edit and add details to. This sheet will have all the information we need for the day, including timings, key songs, setup requirements, etc. We will also touch base with you closer to the date and will liaise with yourselves and the venue to ensure a stress free process!
